In 2013<\/strong>, the European regulation on the labeling<\/strong> of cosmetic products<\/strong> was renewed. <\/p>\n

    • Inclusion of definitions.<\/li>\n
    • Safety report.<\/li>\n
    • Composition restrictions.<\/li>\n

    • Market control actions to be exercised by the authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Companies that must comply with the new regulation<\/h3>\n

      The new regulation will affect all cosmetics manufacturers<\/strong>, i.e. “any substance intended to come into contact with the superficial parts of the human body or with the teeth and oral mucous membranes. <\/p>\n

      Labeling instructions for cosmetic products<\/h3>\n

      The mandatory data<\/strong> that must be indicated and must be easily readable and visible are: <\/p>\n

      • Name or company name and address of the manufacturer.<\/li>\n
      • Nominal content (except for packages of less than 5 g, 5 ml, single doses or free samples).<\/li>\n
      • Expiration.<\/li>\n
      • Special precautions for use.<\/li>\n
      • Lot.<\/li>\n
      • Product function.<\/li>\n
